If you have a current flared up injury or significant medical complication skilled Physical Therapy is the right choice.
If you are mostly in good health and have chronic issues that are troubling and limiting or you want to fine tune and activate your Super Human, Movement and Re-Patterning Coaching is best.

The number of sessions you'll need is dependent upon your current injury level and amount patterning. Most people find significant improvement during the first session.

Getting your changes to stick and learning how to integrate them into your life requires time and repetition.
Most people find benefit in weekly 1:1 sessions for 2-3 weeks and then we space them out. Once the initial concepts are learned, follow up for progression is usually every 3-4 weeks.
